How we handle
your data

When you create an account via Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In, we collect your name, email address, and profile picture as provided by those services.

When you use Lead Leap to analyze conversations, we collect the conversation text you provide, along with AI-generated analysis data including lead scores, summaries, sentiment analysis, objections, and follow-up suggestions.

We also collect device information such as your device token for push notifications, and usage data through Firebase Analytics to improve the app experience.

We use your information to:

• Authenticate your identity and maintain your account
• Analyze conversation text to generate lead scores, summaries, and follow-up recommendations
• Send push notifications for scheduled follow-up reminders
• Manage your subscription and in-app purchases
• Improve the app through aggregated, anonymized usage analytics

These services may collect and process data in accordance with their own privacy policies.

We take the security of your data seriously. Before any conversation text is sent for AI analysis, personally identifiable information is automatically stripped, including:

• Phone numbers
• Email addresses
• Government ID numbers (Aadhaar, PAN)
• URLs

This redaction happens on our servers before the text reaches any AI service. Your conversations are not stored on our analysis servers after processing is complete.

All data transmission uses industry-standard encryption, and cloud-stored data is protected by Firebase security rules.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Identifiable data (name and email) is shared only with the third-party services listed above, solely for the purpose of providing app functionality. Conversation text shared with Anthropic Claude AI has all personally identifiable information removed before transmission.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as necessary to provide our services.

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by using the "Delete Account" option in the app's Settings. Upon receiving your request, our team will follow up on your registered email and process the deletion within 30 days in compliance with applicable laws.

Lead Leap is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete such information promptly.

With your permission, we send push notifications to remind you of scheduled follow-ups with your leads. You can disable notifications at any time through your device's Settings.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected within the app and on this page, and the effective date at the top of this policy will be updated accordingly. Your continued use of Lead Leap after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
